§ 150.71 FOOTING DRAINS IN NEW CONSTRUCTION; REQUIRED CONNECTION, PROHIBITED CONNECTION.

Footing drains in all new construction shall be connected to sump pumps for further discharge into storm sewer or suitable and appropriate drainage. No footing drain or drainage tile shall be connected to the sanitary sewer system.
