The "Bulletin No. 1, revised May 1, 1956-Specifications, Wells, Septic Tanks, Seepage Systems for Single Family Dwellings" and "A Resolution by the Board of Commissioners of Cook County Water Supply and Sewage Disposal, as amended April 3, 1956" published by Cook County, Illinois, 3 copies of which are presently on file in the office of the city clerk, are adopted as part of the building code of the city and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this chapter, except as amended in this chapter.
