All contractors shall:
(A) At least once each week remove from the site of their activities all trash, refuse, and waste materials.
(B) At all times keep the site of activities in an orderly condition, free from standing water, unguarded dangerous implements, and health, fire, and safety hazards.
(C) Not obstruct traffic on streets, alleys, or sidewalks or permit dirt or waste materials to fall or be carried onto public ways.
(D) Comply with all ordinances relating to the construction of buildings or other structures, streets or sidewalks, pavements, and all other laws or ordinances pertaining to or regulating such activities.
(E) Provide one disposal container of eight cubic yards on the site of each single-family residence under construction and shall provide a minimum of one eight-cubic-foot disposal container for each business construction site and additional containers as may be required by the building commissioner; with regard to multifamily construction sites, a disposal system shall be provided in accordance with the directions of the building commissioner. Each disposal container shall be emptied no later than three days after it is full and shall be provided on the site immediately after the foundation is backfilled.
