(A) All inspections made in connection with the issuance of occupancy and building permits may be made by the building commissioner, or his or her assistants. The fee for re-inspections shall be $50 for the first re-inspection, and $75 for each additional re- inspection.
(B) Exception: For each of the rough-building and the final building phases of construction, there shall be two inspections included in the price of the permit. Therefore, the above re-inspection fee shall not be incurred until the third inspection.
