§ 150.07 ARCHITECT, ENGINEER APPROVAL.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the “International Code Council Inc., 2006 Edition,” no plans shall be approved for a permit unless the plans are signed and sealed either by an architect licensed to practice architecture, or by a structural engineer licensed to practice structural engineering.
