This section is not intended to prevent the use of air rifles, sling shots and bows and arrows which do not endanger persons and property when such use is:
(A) Wholly upon a person's private property and that person is either a non-minor, or a minor supervised by a parent or guardian or adult instructor designated by the parent or guardian; or
(B) At a licensed shooting gallery where the person is either a non-minor, or a minor supervised by a parent or guardian or adult instructor designated by the parent or guardian.
