§ 137.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any purchaser of tobacco products found to have violated the provisions of §§ 137.45 through 137.49 shall be fined not less than $30 nor more than $500 for each violation.

(B) Any seller of tobacco products found to have violated the provisions of §§ 137.45 through 137.49 shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $750 for each violation.
