§ 131.08 DISCHARGE OF ARROWS FROM CROSSBOWS.
   (A)   The discharge of arrows from crossbows within the city is prohibited. A crossbow is any device which assists the power of the human arm in accelerating the discharge of an arrow from a bow.
   (B)   The discharge of an arrow from a bow within the city is prohibited, if it is discharged under circumstances which may tend to endanger or threaten injury to any person or any property of another.
   (C)   Any violation of this section shall be penalized by a fine of not less than $25 and not more than $500.
