(A) Requirement. Prior to any residential sale, the person conducting the sale shall obtain a permit from the City Clerk.
(B) Application. The application for a permit to conduct a residential sale shall include the following:
(1) Name and address of applicant;
(2) Hours of proposed sale;
(3) Days of sale; and
(4) Name of owner of property if different than applicant.
