§ 113.99 PENALTY.
   Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined for each offense not more than $200, or imprisoned not more than 6 months. Each and every violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense, and each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
