(A) Every three months the area between an oven filter and the roof of a food services establishment shall be examined by a licensed servicing company.
(B) A report of each quarterly examination shall be furnished to the Health Inspector within five days of the end of each three-month period.
(C) The Health Inspector shall determine whether the report of the condition of this area is satisfactory and conforms to all rules, regulations and applicable ordinances.
(D) A violation of this section shall be subject to the procedures and penalties provided for in this chapter.
