Certain documents, copies of which are on file in the office of the city clerk, being marked and designated as Title 77: Public Health, Chapter 1: Department of Public Health, Subchapter M: Food, Drugs, and Cosmetics, as promulgated by the State Department of Public Health, pursuant to 77 Ill. Adm. Code 750, Rev. 10/1/1998 are adopted as Part 750 Food Service Sanitation Code and rules and regulations of the city for the control of food storage establishments. Each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions, and terms of the documents are referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof by reference as if fully set forth at length herein.
