(A) Solicitation shall only be permitted at the following fully signalized intersections where all traffic is required to come to a full stop and has in fact come to a complete stop:
(1) Rt. 83 (College Drive) and Harlem Avenue;
(2) Rt. 83 (College Drive) and Ridgeland Avenue;
(3) 127th Street and Harlem Avenue;
(4) 127th Street and Ridgeland Avenue;
(5) 131st Street and Harlem Avenue; and
(6) 135th Street and Ridgeland Avenue.
(B) Soliciting shall be permitted during daylight hours only.
