§ 111.09 TIME LIMIT FOR SOLICITING.
   It is declared to be unlawful and shall constitute a nuisance for any person whether registered under this subchapter or not to go upon any premises and ring the door bell upon or near any door of a residence located thereon, or rap or knock upon any door, or create any sound in any manner calculated to attract the attention of the occupant of any residence, for the purpose of securing an audience with the occupant thereof and engage in soliciting as herein defined:
   (A)   If registered hereunder as a solicitor for a charitable organization or the holder of a franchise granted from the city for the operation of a cable communications system, prior to 10:00 a.m. of any weekday or Saturday, after 7:00 p.m. on weekdays, after 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays, or at anytime on Sunday or on state or national holidays;
   (B)   If not registered hereunder as a solicitor for a charitable organization, prior to 10:00 a.m. or after 7:00 p.m. of any weekday or Saturday, or at any time on a Sunday or on a state or national holiday.
