§ 111.07 DUTY OF SOLICITORS.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of every solicitor engaging in solicitation from persons in residences within the city to wear the identification badge issued by the City Clerk’s office on his or her person clearly identifying the organization for which the person is soliciting. The name tag or badge shall be in dimensions of not less than 2 inches by 3 inches.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of every solicitor upon going onto a premises in the city upon which a residence as herein described is located to first examine the notice provided for in § 111.06(B)(1)(a), if any is attached, and be governed by the statement contained in the notice, and shall immediately and peacefully depart from the premises.
   (C)   Any solicitor who has gained entrance to any residence, whether invited or not, shall immediately and peacefully depart from the premises when requested to do so by the occupant.
   (D)   Tags or badges pursuant to this section shall be issued by the City Clerk in such form and subject to such reasonable charge or deposit as the City Clerk may determine. Failure to return badges may result in revocation of certificate of registration.
