§ 110.12 REPRESENTATIVE BUSINESSES TO BE CHARGED ON SQUARE FOOTAGE BASIS.
   (A)   All commercial, food-service, financial institutions, and service establishments having floor area as herein defined, shall pay a yearly license fee as shall be determined in accordance with the license fee schedule hereinafter set forth:

   (B)   Doctors, dentists, lawyers, and real estate brokers are exempt from this section.
   (C)   There shall be an annual inspection fee for food-service establishments in accordance with the fee schedule hereinafter set forth:

   Risk classification is determined by the Health Officer in accordance with the provisions of the State Food Sanitation Code and the Food Code of the United States Public Health Service, Food and Drug Administration
   In addition, a fee of $125 will be charged for each re- inspection conducted to determine that violations or deficiencies have been corrected.
