(A) All licenses or, in the case of vending machines, stickers shall be displayed on the premises or on the vending machine. A failure to display such a license shall be considered to be a violation and be subject to the penalty provided in §110.99. In addition, if there is a third violation of the requirement that a sticker be affixed to a vending machine, that vending machine shall be confiscated.
(B) The specific enumerated commercial establishments, business or commercial enterprises, except as specifically excluded in this chapter, shall pay a yearly minimum fee for license as follows:

(C) (1) The yearly fee for contractor’s license shall be as follows:
Business Fee
General contractor $200
All other contractors 100
(2) Contractor licenses issued after July 1, for that year shall be reduced by one half of the annual fee. Contractors who wish to purchase a license in the month of December will be assessed the full license fee to include the following year’s license.
(D) Businesses not required to procure a license for conducting business in the city may obtain a voluntary business registration to demonstrate that they are a business operating within the city limits:
