§ 101.20 REPRESENTATION.
It shall be an unlawful real estate practice and a violation of this section for any person, for the purpose of inducing any other person to enter into a real estate transaction with such real estate agent, his principal or his agent, or other person:
   (A)   To represent that a change has occurred, will occur or may occur with respect to race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin in the composition of the owners or occupants in any block, neighborhood or area in which the real property (which is the subject of the real estate transaction) is located.
   (B)   To represent that a change with respect to the race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin in the composition of the owners or occupants in any block, neighborhood or area will result in the lowering of property values, or in an increase in criminal or antisocial behavior, or in a decline in the quality of schools, in such blocks, neighborhood or area.
   (C)   To induce or attempt to induce, for profit, a person to sell, rent, or lease real estate by representations regarding the entry or prospective entry into the neighborhood of a person or persons of a particular race, color, religion, sex, familial status, or national origin or with a handicap. In establishing a discriminatory housing practice under this section it is not necessary that there was in fact profit as long as profit was a factor for engaging in the blockbusting activity.
