§ 101.18 INSURANCE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person or entity engaged in the business of issuing property, title, or mortgage insurance for real estate to discriminate against any person in making available property, title, or mortgage insurance or to impose different terms, costs, or conditions in connection with the issuance of the insurance because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin. This section does not prevent consideration, in the making available or issuing of property, title, or mortgage insurance, factors justified by business necessity.
