§ 101.17 APPRAISALS.
   (A)   No person engaged in the business of making real estate appraisals shall discriminate against anyone in making available such services or in imposing different terms, costs, or conditions because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.
   (B)   No person shall make or use an appraisal of real property in connection with the sale, rental, lease, or financing of such real property where the person knows or reasonably should know that the appraisal improperly takes into consideration race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.
