§ 101.12 ADVERTISEMENTS.
   (A)   It shall be an unlawful real estate practice and a violation of this section for any person to make, print or publish, or cause to be made, printed or published, any notice, statement or advertisement with respect to the sale, rental, or lease of real estate which indicates any preference, limitation or discrimination because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin, or an intention to make any such preference, limitation or discrimination. The prohibitions in this section shall apply to all oral or written notices or statements.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person engaging in the making, printing or publishing of real estate notices, statements, or advertisements to refuse to make, print, or publish such an advertisement or to require different charges or terms for such notice, statement, or advertisement because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.
