§ 101.11 PROHIBITED SALE, RENTAL, AND LEASE CONDUCT.
   It shall be an unlawful real estate practice and a violation of this section for any person to:
   (A)   Refuse to sell, rent, or lease real estate after a bona fide offer has been made, or to refuse to negotiate for the sale, rental, or lease of any real property because of the race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin of any party to such sale or lease, or of any person using or occupying or intending to use or occupy such real property or of any person using or occupying any real property in the area in which such real property is located.
   (B)   Discriminate in the terms, conditions, or privileges relating to the sale, rental, or lease of real estate, or in the provision of services or facilities in connection with sales, rentals, or leases, because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.
   (C)   Engage in any conduct relating to the provision of real estate which otherwise makes unavailable or denies real estate to persons because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.
   (D)   Represent to any person because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin that real estate is not available for sale, rental, or lease when such real estate is in fact available.
   (E)   Provide inaccurate or untrue information about the availability of real estate for sale, rental, or lease because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.
   (F)   Deny access to or membership or participation in, or to discriminate against any person in his or her access to or membership or participation in, any multiple-listing service, real estate brokers' association, or other service organization or facility relating to the business of selling, renting, or leasing real estate, or to discriminate against any person in the terms or conditions of such access, membership or participation, because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.
   (G)   Restrict or attempt to restrict the choices of a person by word or conduct in connection with seeking, negotiation for, buying, renting or leasing of real estate because of the person's race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin so as to perpetuate, or tend to perpetuate, segregated housing patterns, or to discourage or obstruct choices in a community, neighborhood or development.
   (H)   Engage in any conduct relating to the provision of real estate or of services and facilities in connection therewith that otherwise makes unavailable or denies real estate to persons because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.
