§ 99.07 PESTICIDES, FERTILIZERS, AND CHEMICAL SPRAYS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation, peddler, or vendor to spray, spread, discharge, or distribute any pesticide, fertilizer, or chemical spray of any nature for the purpose of eliminating or controlling insects or treatment of lawns, plants, or trees of any type with a chemical not approved for domestic use by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency as contained on their list of approved substances from time to time.
   (B)   Any person, firm, corporation, peddler, or vendor engaged in the spraying, spreading, discharging, or distribution of any substance referred to in division (A) above consents to a chemical analysis of any substances by the health inspector of the city.
   (C)   Any person, firm, corporation, peddler, or vendor found guilty of a violation of this section shall be fined $1,000 for each such offense.
