§ 99.04 OPENING, TAMPERING WITH FIRE HYDRANTS.
   Any person opening a fire hydrant, other than a person designated in § 99.03, and any person tampering with or damaging a fire hydrant, shall be punished by a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $200 for each offense.
