§ 98.04 BOARD OF TRUSTEES ESTABLISHED; POWERS, DUTIES, OBLIGATIONS GENERALLY.
   There is established and created a board of trustees of the library. The board shall have the powers, duties, and obligations specified and set forth in ILCS Ch. 75.
