§ 97.05 HOURS, LOCATION OF PLACING CONTAINERS FOR COLLECTION.
   No garbage or refuse container of any kind shall be stored or deposited in any street, alley, or public way, except for the purpose of pickup, and then only between the hours of 5:00 p.m. the day before pickup and 9:00 p.m. the day of the pickup.
