§ 94.23 REPLACEMENT OF MAILBOXES DAMAGED BY CITY SNOW PLOWS.
   (A)   Any owner of a mailbox which is proven to have been damaged by a city snow plow may be reimbursed up to an amount not to exceed $125 for said damage.
   (B)   In the event that any brick mailbox in existence as of October 21, 2003 is destroyed, damaged or replaced, the mailbox shall be replaced or reconstructed utilizing a wooden part for support of a federal post office approved mailbox.
