(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to cause, create, erect, place, construct, operate, use, maintain, own, repair or abandon any unauthorized structure, object, item, rocks, boulders, material, or property of any kind that encroaches upon, in, over, under, along or across any public street, driveway, curb, gutter, alley, parkway, sidewalk, right-of-way, commons, ways to burying places, or other public way or public property.
(B) No person, firm, corporation, or other entity shall install, place, maintain, or construct any structure that encroaches upon the state right-of-way on the Cal Sag Road or any other state-owned right-of-way within the limits of the city.
