§ 94.09 CULVERTS IN OR DRIVEWAYS OVER PUBLIC DRAINAGE DITCH, PERMIT REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to install any culvert in or driveway over any public drainage ditch in the city without securing a permit therefor.
