§ 91.40 RABIES.
   (A)   Wild animals with a propensity toward being rabid (raccoons, bats, skunks, coyotes) upon biting a human or domestic animal shall be caught, euthanized and tested when possible and the person or animal bitten referred for immediate medical treatment.
   (B)   Domestic animals that have bitten a person and are suspected of rabies shall be observed in accordance with applicable state and county statutes.
