No person shall abandon, beat, injure, torment, overwork, neglect, deny proper food, water or shelter, deny medical treatment, expose to temperature extremes, starve, color artificially, interfere with nesting or migratory resting, unduly restrain, kill without justification, cause or entice any fighting or other like cruelties to any animal.
