§ 74.128 FEES FOR OVERWEIGHT TRUCKS HAULING AGRICULTURAL COMMODITIES.
   Fees for special permits for increased axle loads to be used for hauling agricultural commodities, as defined in ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, § 15-301; limited continuous operation permit only, $5 per axle.
