§ 74.103 HEIGHT OF VEHICLES.

(A) The height of a vehicle from the underside of the tire to the top of the vehicle, inclusive of load, shall not exceed 13 feet, 6 inches on any highway in the state.

(B) A person convicted of violating this section is subject to the penalty provided in § 74.113.
