§ 74.070 RESTRAINING DEVICES FOR PASSENGERS WHO ARE PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES.

Each school bus which is operated for transporting passengers who are persons with disabilities shall be equipped with an appropriate restraining or safety device for such passenger who is a person with disabilities.
