§ 73.021 ZONES ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   Parking meter zones shall be established from time to time by ordinance.
   (B)   Parking meter zones, as herein described, are created on the following streets in the city; and from time to time hereafter as traffic conditions require on other streets and avenues, or in locations as provided by resolution of the city council for the location of parking zones.
