§ 72.050 DRIVING, RIDING, RACING OF SNOWMOBILES IS PROHIBITED; EXCEPTIONS.

   The driving, riding, or racing of snowmobiles is prohibited in the city, except as follows:

   (A)   After a 4-inch snowfall, as measured by the duty officer of the police department;

   (B)   Only at places designated as snowmobile trails or areas;

   (C)   On the private property of the owner of the snowmobile.
