The parent of any child and the guardian of any ward shall not authorize or knowingly permit any child or ward to violate any of the provisions of §§ 72.020 through 72.046; and any parent or guardian authorizing or knowingly permitting a violation shall, upon conviction thereof, be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be punished by imposition of the penalties provided for by §§ 72.020 through 72.046.
