§ 72.028 MECHANICAL CONDITION AND SAFETY.
   (A)   No person shall operate a bicycle which is not in such mechanical condition so that it can be safely operated.
   (B)   Every bicycle operated upon any street, sidewalk, alley, or public way or place shall be in the condition and equipped as stated in §§ 72.020 through 72.046.
