§ 72.014 STANDING ON SIDEWALKS OR PARKING AREAS.
   It shall be unlawful for a pedestrian to stand upon any sidewalk or parking area except as near as reasonably possible to the building line or curb line, if the standing interferes with the use of the sidewalk by other pedestrians, or if the standing interferes with the use of the parking area by motor vehicles or other pedestrians.
