§ 71.067 NOISY VEHICLES; UNNECESSARY NOISE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to operate a vehicle which makes unusually loud or unnecessary noise.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to operate a vehicle in such a manner as to cause or produce unnecessary loud, raucous, excessive, or unusual noise by the racing of the motor, by lack of a muffler or use of a muffler cutout, by tire friction upon rapid turning or weaving, by spinning of the wheels from a standing or slow moving position produced by sudden unnecessary motor acceleration, or by continuous unnecessary sounding of a horn or other signal device.
