§ 71.066 IMPEDING TRAFFIC AND SNOW REMOVAL.
   It shall be unlawful for any one to push or dump snow into a public roadway, thus impeding the movement of traffic and the city's snow removal operations. Any person guilty of this offense shall be fined not more than $25.
