§ 71.053 DRIVING UPON SIDEWALK OR IN SAFETY ZONE.

No person shall drive any vehicle upon a sidewalk or sidewalk area except upon a permanent or duly authorized temporary driveway. This section does not apply to any vehicle moved exclusively by human power nor to any motorized wheelchair.
