The Illinois Vehicle Code, ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, §§ 1-100 et seq is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this Code as if fully set out in this chapter. Three copies of the Illinois Vehicle Code are on file in the office of the City Clerk. As the Illinois Vehicle Code is modified and amended, from time to time, all such modifications and amendments are also hereby adopted by reference and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this chapter.
