(A) Whenever a request is made for a resubdivision of property within the city, that request shall be accompanied by a $50 water and sewer tap-in fee covering the cost of inspecting the subject property.
(B) All subsequent inspections which may be made of that property in connection with the resubdivision shall result in payment by the property owner to the city of $50.
