§ 52.27 USE OF SEWER REQUIRED FOR DISPOSAL.
   No person having his residence or business within the city, which dwelling or business is located on property to which public sewer disposal service is available, shall be permitted to dispose of the sewage of the residence or place of business other than through the city public sewer, after connection with the sewer.
