§ 52.26 COST OF INSPECTION; RECORDS, PHOTOGRAPHS DECLARED CITY PROPERTY.
   The cost of the television inspection or inspection reports required by § 52.23 shall be paid for entirely by the contractor or developer of the land or sewer system, and the inspection report, together with such photographs as may have been taken, shall remain the property of the city.
