Whenever a private water supply is used in any building or premises located in the city, the following specifications for the house sewer shall prevail:
(A) There shall be no sewer or drain of any kind within 10 feet of any well.
(B) A house sewer located within 20 feet but further than 10 feet from any well shall be constructed of extra heavy cast-iron pipe with mechanical or leaded joints, and shall be tested under pressure.
(C) A house sewer further than 20 feet from any well shall be constructed of sewer pipe with watertight joints.
