§ 52.11 NO BELL PVC JOINTS.
   No bell PVC joints are acceptable as an alternative to bell and spigot vitrified clay joints, provided the no bell PVC joints meet the test standards as set out by A.S.T.M. The no bell PVC joint shall meet A.S.T.M. Specification C-425.
