§ 52.09 MATERIAL STANDARDS GENERALLY.
   All materials used in any house sewer, or part thereof, shall be free from defects and conform to the requirements of this chapter. The abbreviation "A.S.T.M." hereinafter employed, refers to the "American Society for Testing Materials."
