§ 52.07 USE OF NAME OF ANOTHER TO SECURE PERMITS UNDER THIS CHAPTER.
   No property owner or contractor shall allow his name to be used by any other person or party directly or indirectly for the purpose of obtaining permits or for doing any work under his license under this chapter.
